6. Product care
Correct washing extends the life of textiles and is a condition of the guarantee against hidden defects.
- Wash before first use.
- White cotton or cotton/polyester bed linen: wash at 60 °C; in industrial laundries, up to 75 °C.
- Linen, colors and special finishes: follow the care label.
- Do not use bleach on colored products or on polyester blends.
- Use professional detergents and do not overload the dryer, to reduce wear from friction.
- Rotate stock: good rotation can extend the life of bed linen by 30–50%.
7. Transport and delivery
Freight is not included in the prices. We quote it once production is finished and we know the number of boxes, and the Incoterm stated in the confirmation applies (EXW, DAP or CIP).
When you receive the goods:
- Count the packages and check their condition in front of the carrier.
- Note any damage or shortage on the delivery note or CMR before signing. Without this note, no claim can be made against the carrier.
- Take photos of damaged boxes before opening them.
