3. From quotation to delivery

  1. Request. Tell us the product, sizes, quantities and, if you have them, the price-list reference, fabric or sample.
  2. Quotation. We send you the price, applicable minimum, estimated lead time and payment terms.
  3. Samples. When the product requires it, we approve a sample, prototype or first unit with you.
  4. Confirmation. The order is placed by email with a unique reference number.
  5. Production and control. We inspect before packing using international sampling criteria.
  6. Delivery. We quote freight once production is finished and the box count is confirmed.

Client brand (private label and white label). You provide the label and packaging designs, and we approve them before production. Whoever sells the product under their own brand is responsible for identifying themselves as manufacturer or importer to the consumer and for the extended producer responsibility obligations in their country.

Certifications. We offer OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, GRS or sustainable-cotton fabrics depending on the reference. They may only be mentioned on the product when the quotation says so and a valid certificate covers that item. We provide the documentation whenever you need it.

6. Product care

Correct washing extends the life of textiles and is a condition of the guarantee against hidden defects.

  • Wash before first use.
  • White cotton or cotton/polyester bed linen: wash at 60 °C; in industrial laundries, up to 75 °C.
  • Linen, colours and special finishes: follow the care label.
  • Do not use bleach on coloured products or on polyester blends.
  • Use professional detergents and do not overload the dryer, to reduce wear from friction.
  • Rotate stock: good rotation can extend the life of bed linen by 30–50%.

7. Transport and delivery

Freight is not included in the prices. We quote it once production is finished and we know the number of boxes, and the Incoterm stated in the confirmation applies (EXW, DAP or CIP).

When you receive the goods:

  • Count the packages and check their condition in front of the carrier.
  • Note any damage or shortage on the delivery note or CMR before signing. Without this note, no claim can be made against the carrier.
  • Take photos of damaged boxes before opening them.
